• Orders are subject to product availability.

• You will receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase.

• If a product is unavailable, you will be informed and may choose to replace it or receive a refund.

4. Prices and Payments

• All prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and are final.

• MIMO Lumière is currently exempt from VAT under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code. Therefore, prices do not include VAT, and this will be reflected on all issued invoices.

• Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout.

• MIMO Lumière is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs.

• The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

 

6. Returns

• Customers have 14 days from receipt to return products without giving any reason.

• Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used products (such as burned candles or tested sprays) are not accepted unless defective.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of errors or defective products.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

 

7. Product Information

• We strive to keep descriptions, images, and prices accurate.

• Handmade products may show slight variations in color, fragrance, or packaging.

• We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

 

8. Safe Use of Products

• Always follow the provided safety instructions.

• MIMO Lumière is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or negligence.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• Maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
