Returns

 

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return products without giving any reason.

 

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Opened or used products (such as burned candles or tested sprays) are not accepted unless defective.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of errors or defective products.

 

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Currently, we deliver within Europe. We are working to expand our worldwide shipping options soon.

 

Keep products away from children and pets.

 

Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

 

Avoid contact with eyes, face, fabrics, or polished surfaces.

 

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

 

For diffusers: place upright and turn reeds occasionally to refresh fragrance.

 

For sprays: shake gently before use and spray into the air.

 

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance quality.
